  • my client approaches me by email or telephone to give details of the project and get a quote
  • I reply with a quote plus any suggestions, comments and questions the same day, often within a few hours
  • they email me their brief and deadline. A brief can involve anything from a bullet point list to a detailed brief
  • I confirm I’ve received it and we agree the timescale between us
  • I send a first draft on the agreed date and we go to and fro with the copy if necessary, until everyone’s happy
  • on completion I send a 30 day invoice. Clients pay via PayPal, direct bank transfer or cheque
